Research and Development Cell of the S.E.A College of Engineering and Technology (SEACET) Bengaluru organized the 3rd International Conference on Innovations in Cybersecurity and Data Science (ICICDS 2026), IEEE conference record #70526 conducted on 25-27 June 2026 at Shinawatra University, Bangkok, Thailand. This prestigious conference is jointly organized by Shinawatra University, Thailand, and S.E.A College of Engineering and Technology, Bengaluru, which is sponsored by the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. The conference witnessed vast participation from researchers and scholars, globally. A total of 1,421 research manuscripts were received from authors representing a diverse range of 22 countries. All submitted papers underwent a double-blind peer-review process conducted by eminent researchers and domain experts to ensure the highest standards of originality, technical quality, and research significance. Following the comprehensive evaluation process, 241 high-quality papers were selected for presentation and publication in the IEEE Digital Explorer, which will be indexed by Scopus database. The conference successfully maintained an acceptance ratio of approximately 17%, reflecting academic excellence, competitiveness, and growing international reputation. The conference includes keynote addresses by distinguished academician and researcher Dr. Rahul K. Chaurasiya, Associate Professor, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Bhopal, India, and Mr. Harsh Jangid, Director of Engineering & Products Coozmoo Digital Solution, USA, followed by the technical paper presentation sessions.

The conference began with an opening remarks by Ms. Ena Marie Ebal Tiro, a Faculty and Public Relations and Social Media Manager, International Affairs, Shinawatra University. The opening remarks, followed by the National Anthems both the countries Thailand and India. Dr. Julie Simon Macariola, International Affairs Manager addressed the welcome. The conference Chair Dr. Usha Desai presented the conference report. In the inaugural ICICDS 2026, conference proceedings were released by the dignitaries on the dais. A resource person from the industry at the Houston, USA, Mr. Harsh Jangid, virtually in online mode addressed the event on importance of agentic AI applications and current challenges. The keynote speaker Dr. Rahul K. Chaurasiya, Associate Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Bhopal, India, spoke on the “Stress Reduction using Binaural Beats: Evaluation using EEG Signal Processing”. Finally Dr. AK Mahbubul Hye Chair of the Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Shinawatra University, Thailand expressed the Vote of thanks and concluded the event. The inaugural session was followed by Tea break and parallel presentation sessions. Session chair and conference chair Dr. Usha Desai handed over the certificates of paper presentation to the presenters.
