S.E.A. College of Engineering and Technology organized an industrial visit to SAP Headquarters, Bengaluru, on 25 August 2026 as part of the Code Unnati Industry Visit initiative. The visit provided students with valuable industry exposure, enabling them to experience a professional corporate environment and gain insights into industry-oriented learning, emerging technologies, corporate practices, career opportunities, and recruitment expectations.
The programme began with an engaging Leadership Session, highlighting the importance of leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), innovation, and community impact. This was followed by an Introduction by the Volunteer Lead, who provided students with an overview of the day's activities and helped establish the context for the interactive sessions.
A major highlight of the visit was the Interview and Resume Building Session, designed to enhance students' placement readiness and employability skills. The session included mock interviews, technical questions, behavioural interview questions, and basic Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Students also received practical guidance on professional resume preparation, interview techniques, communication skills, and recruiter expectations.
The Feedback and Reflection Session provided students with an opportunity to share their experiences, learning outcomes, and key takeaways. The programme concluded with a group photograph and closing session, creating a memorable experience of industry-academia interaction and experiential learning.
The industrial visit to SAP Headquarters was a highly enriching experience for the students of S.E.A. College of Engineering and Technology, Bengaluru. It strengthened the connection between academic learning and industry requirements while developing students' technical skills, soft skills, communication abilities, problem-solving skills, interview confidence, and career readiness.
